1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, and using the U.S. History Quest application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. License Grant
DGZ Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App.
3. Accounts
An account is required to use the App. You may create one with an email address and password, or by signing in with your Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. If a child under 13 will use the App, the account must be created and managed by a parent or guardian on the child's behalf. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App (Settings → About → Delete Account) or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App
- Use automated tools or scripts to access the App
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including text, images, graphics, and quizzes, is the property of DGZ Games or its content providers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission.
6. Age Restrictions
The App includes content intended for users of different ages. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the App and ensuring age-appropriate content access.
7. Purchase Terms
Some features of the App require a one-time, in-app purchase. This is a single payment that grants permanent access to the purchased content — it does not renew or recur. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DGZ Games does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGZ Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
DGZ Games reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
