End-User License Agreement
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
DGZ Games ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the U.S. History Quest application ("Software") on your Android device for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Access to the Software's content requires creating an account (via email/password or Google Sign-In), as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
- Rent, lease, lend, or sell access to the Software
- Use the Software to develop competing products or services
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Software and all accompanying materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, animations, video, audio, and music are owned by DGZ Games and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
4. TERM AND TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
5. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or operate uninterrupted or error-free.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall DGZ Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to digital software services, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that area.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DGZ Games regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Software.
