End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and DGZGames ("Licensor," "we," "us") for the GovScope Android application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

✅ License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, DGZGames grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, resell, or make the App available to any third party.

🚫 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or the networks connected to them.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, other accounts, or systems connected to the App.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

⭐ Free vs. Professional License

Free account. Users with a free account may use the App with the following limitations: up to 5 opportunity results per search or dashboard view, basic match profile, saved opportunities, and keyword alerts. Free features are provided as-is and may change at any time.

Professional license. A Professional license, purchased through the Google Play Store, unlocks unlimited search results, keyword alerts with push notifications, full Award Intelligence, agency track record cross-referencing, and any other features designated as Pro within the App. Current pricing is $19.99/month for the first 12 months, then $45/month thereafter. Pricing is confirmed at the time of purchase in the Google Play Store and is subject to change for new subscribers.

License transferability. A Professional license is bound to the account that purchased it. It is not transferable to another account or user.

💳 Purchases & Billing

All purchases are processed through the Google Play billing system and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. DGZGames does not handle payment card information directly.

Refunds. Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. DGZGames may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds outside of Google Play's standard policy in exceptional circumstances.

License expiration. Professional licenses are billed monthly. Your account reverts to free-tier access if you do not renew. Your data, saved opportunities, and match profile are retained. You may renew your license at any time at the then-current rate.

Account deletion. If you close your account, your Professional license is removed and is not refunded. A new license purchase is required if you create a new account in the future.

👤 Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dgzgames.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.

📂 Data & Content

Government data. GovScope aggregates publicly available data from SAM.gov, Grants.gov, and USAspending.gov. This data is provided for informational purposes only. DGZGames does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any government data displayed in the App. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

Your content. You retain ownership of your match profile, saved opportunities, and any other data you enter into the App. By providing this data, you grant DGZGames a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of operating the App on your behalf.

© Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is owned by DGZGames and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. "GovScope" and the GovScope logo are trademarks of DGZGames.

Government data displayed in the App is sourced from U.S. federal databases and is in the public domain. DGZGames does not claim ownership of that data.

⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DGZGames does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the App, including government opportunity data.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DGZGames BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

DGZGames' total liability to you for all claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

🔚 Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.

DGZGames may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App and closing your account.

⚖️ Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which DGZGames is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
