End User License Agreement

Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and TrexBusiness LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer of Receevo, a DGZ Productivity application. By installing, accessing, or using the Receevo app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Receevo on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business receipt management purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the app
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the app
• Use Receevo for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Upload, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the app to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices within the app

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Receevo, including all code, design, graphics, features, and branding, is owned exclusively by TrexBusiness LLC. This Agreement grants you a license to use the app, not ownership of it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by TrexBusiness LLC.

App Functionality

Receevo provides receipt scanning via OCR, local vault storage, category labeling, and cloud backup (up to 25 receipts on the free plan). The Individual (PRO) plan unlocks unlimited cloud backup, multi-device sync, smart search, category filtering, and CSV export. Feature availability depends on your active subscription tier.

The free version of Receevo displays ads provided by Google AdMob. PRO subscribers do not see ads.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free service. The app is provided on an "as available" basis.

Subscriptions & Payments

The Individual subscription is offered through the Google Play Store and billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. All billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by Google and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. TrexBusiness LLC does not store or process payment information.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Receevo is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data or receipt content. Free-tier users will see ads served by Google AdMob; please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how AdMob uses data for advertising. PRO subscribers are not subject to advertising data collection.

Account Closure & Permanent Data Deletion

If you close your Receevo account or submit a deletion request, all receipts, images, category data, device records, and associated stored information are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. No archival copies are retained beyond what is minimally required for legal or fraud prevention purposes. This action cannot be undone.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to Receevo immediately, without notice, if you breach any term of this Agreement or applicable law. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account. Upon termination, your license to use the app immediately ceases.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Receevo is provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrexBusiness LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, loss of business opportunity, or damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Receevo, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TrexBusiness LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Modifications to This Agreement

We may update this EULA at any time. When changes are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Receevo following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
