1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MathRush application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including minors; parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use by children.
2. License to Use
DGZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MathRush on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission from DGZ
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
- Attempt to circumvent or interfere with any advertising features of the App
4. Intellectual Property
All content within MathRush — including but not limited to graphics, sounds, text, game logic, and branding — is the exclusive property of DGZ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to DGZ's trademarks or proprietary content beyond what is necessary to use the App as intended.
5. Advertisements
MathRush is free and supported by advertising delivered via Google AdMob. Advertisements are shown on app launch and do not appear during active gameplay sessions. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the display of non-personalized advertisements as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. User Content
MathRush does not allow users to submit, post, or share content with other users. All gameplay is local to your device.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DGZ does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DGZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if DGZ has been advised of the possibility of such damages. DGZ's total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which, since the App is free, is zero).
9. Changes to the App and Terms
DGZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when revisions were made. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
