This Privacy Policy describes how DGZ ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the MathRush mobile application ("App"). By using MathRush, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect Directly
MathRush does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information from users. Gameplay progress and scores are saved locally on your device and are not sent to our servers.
3. Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) to display advertisements. AdMob may collect the following as part of ad delivery:
- Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID)
- IP address
- Device model and OS version
- App usage and interaction data related to ads
We have enabled Google's child-directed treatment setting, which instructs AdMob to serve non-personalized ads only and to apply COPPA-compliant data handling. User behavior is not used to build ad profiles.

4. Children's Privacy
MathRush is designed for general audiences including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The child-directed treatment flag is set app-wide, meaning all users receive non-personalized ads regardless of age. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us at the address below and we will address it promptly.
5. Local Data Storage
Any data saved by MathRush (such as game progress or selected settings) is stored exclusively on your device. Uninstalling the App permanently removes this data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third-party data processing that occurs is by Google AdMob as described in Section 3.
7. Data Security
Since we do not receive or store personal data on our servers, there is no server-side data at risk. For data processed by AdMob, Google applies industry-standard security measures.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
