End User License Agreement

Effective: July 7, 2026 App: PatchPulse Publisher: DGZ Games

                By downloading, installing, or using PatchPulse, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
            

1 Grant of License

DGZ Games ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PatchPulse (the "Application") on Android devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, redistribute, resell, or make the Application available to any third party.

2 Description of the Application

PatchPulse is an Android application that lets you build a watchlist of software vendors and products and monitors public advisory sources on your behalf. It allows you to:

Track vendors and products of interest
Receive push notifications when a new CVE, CISA KEV entry, or vendor advisory matches your watchlist
Mute specific products or advisories you do not want to be alerted about
On Pro, attach a ticket reference, notes, owner, and due date to a tracked advisory for remediation tracking

                PatchPulse surfaces publicly published vulnerability and advisory data. It does not scan, probe, or test your systems, and does not itself remediate any vulnerability.
            

3 Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Application
Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Attempt to circumvent any security, licensing, or subscription-tier limitation implemented in the Application
Systematically extract or republish the advisory data aggregated by the Application

4 Subscriptions and Purchases

PatchPulse offers an optional Pro subscription unlocking expanded watchlist limits and remediation-tracking features. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play Billing, including renewal, cancellation, and refund handling, in accordance with Google Play's policies. DGZ Games does not directly process or store your payment information.

5 Service Disclaimer

By using PatchPulse, you acknowledge:

Advisory data is sourced from third parties (NVD, CISA, vendor publishers) and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors beyond DGZ Games' control
DGZ Games is not responsible for any security incident, breach, or exploitation arising from a missed, delayed, or inaccurate alert
PatchPulse is a monitoring and tracking aid, not a vulnerability scanner, penetration testing tool, or substitute for a formal patch management program
Push notification delivery depends on your device, network conditions, and platform (Google Play services) beyond our control

6 Intellectual Property

The Application and all copies thereof are proprietary to DGZ Games and title thereto remains in DGZ Games. All applicable rights in all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights in or associated with the Application are and will remain in DGZ Games. Underlying advisory data remains the property of its respective publishers (e.g., NVD, CISA).

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DGZ GAMES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DGZ Games does not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements, that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all relevant advisories will be captured or delivered without delay.

8 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DGZ GAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF DGZ GAMES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

DGZ Games' total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (which, for free-tier users, is zero).

9 Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices. DGZ Games may also terminate this EULA at any time by discontinuing the Application.

10 Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where DGZ Games is based.

11 Changes to This EULA

DGZ Games reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA.
